Sense Offenders is set in the future, where the government as we know it today has become an emotionless and materialistic "machine. A Black-White government, within which there is no place for creativity, friendship and free-thinking. Our country has become a place where security comes at the expense of freedom. At the Leeuwarden landfill, however, groups of anarchists have come together to resist the strict regime and to live, out of sight of the government, according to their own vision.
